IBEW Local 567 Union Hall
CWA and IBEW members stayed out of work at Fairpoint for more than four months on strike, some of it during bitter cold weather, with nearly flawless commitment to holding the line. This tremendous solidarity, along with a solid negotiating team and broad community support carried the day and brought the workers back to the job with a contract they were able to accept.
How did they do this? And what did they learn along the way?
Join us May 19 for a panel discussion and slide show, followed by time for questions and answers.
The event is free and open to the public.

Note: The regular WMLC monthly meeting will commence immediately following the program. Union members and friends are invited to stay if they wish.
